Artmaking: Figure Drawing Inspired by The Four Freedoms
Join educators Sara Wolfson and Kat Redniss for an all-levels figure drawing session with live models recreating and reimagining poses from Rockwell’s notable series, The Four Freedoms. Published in The Saturday Evening Post over four weeks in 1943, Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Worship, Freedom of Want, and Freedom of Fear portray powerful and simple moments of connection, protest, protection, and community care. This artmaking session will include warm-up exercises and longer poses, one for each of The Four Freedoms. No experience necessary.
Free for Members or with Museum admission. Registration recommended. Limited to 25 participants.
