Winter Lights at Shelburne Museum

A spectacular holiday tradition — Winter Lights!

Winter Lights at Shelburne Museum is a brilliant and beautiful display of colorful light installations with musical moments throughout the Museum’s campus. Winter Lights delights visitors of all ages with imaginatively and wondrously bedecked buildings and gardens. The 220-foot steamboat Ticonderoga floating in a sea of light is among the most impressively illuminated structures, and the magical, other worldly Beach Woods, with its thousands of cascading firefly-like twinkling lights is a fan favorite. Whether walking through campus or on a special drive around tour, Winter Lights is an experience not to miss and a holiday tradition that delights all ages.

Please check back here for information and dates for 2024. Advance ticket purchases are recommended for walk around visits and are required for driving tours.

A huge shout out to the generous sponsors of Winter Lights 2023! Sponsor support helps us make the brilliance shine brighter and bring more smiles to more faces from across the region who come to experience the magic of Winter Lights. And thank you to the tens of thousands who visited, many of you more than once, during this festive celebration of the season. We look forward to seeing you next winter.
