Mindful Yoga

Join us on Thursday, September 15th from 5-7 p.m. for an intro-level outdoor yoga class led by instructor Lynn Alpeter, former co-owner of Yoga Roots in Shelburne and Williston, VT. This class will be held outside and includes a tour and meditation in the outdoor sculpture exhibition Nancy Winship Milliken: Varied and Alive. Pre-registration required, bring your own mat. In the case of rain, an alternate indoor location will be provided.
