Shelburne Museum’s cafe features dining indoors in our open and airy dining room or outdoors at picnic tables. Choose from fresh salads, sandwiches and flatbread pizza or order from the grill. The cafe serves Vermont meats, cheeses and beverages whenever possible.
Request for Proposals — Shelburne Museum Food Services
Shelburne Museum is looking to reinvent food service on its campus by transforming the Museum Café into a welcoming, family friendly casual dining facility providing high quality local food, beer and wine, that appeals to a variety of guest palates. The Museum is requesting proposals from vendors to operate its 3,600-square-foot cafeteria with indoor seating for 135 and outdoor seating for 100. Shelburne Museum’s main campus and café are open from mid-May through October. The Pizzagalli Center for Art and Education is open year-round with opportunities for catering.
