New in 2012, the Barnstormers represents a new generation of membership and leadership at Shelburne Museum.
The Barnstormers is a lively group whose mission is to cultivate awareness and enthusiasm for Shelburne Museum, to provide new and relevant ways to engage with the Museum and the local creative community, and to nurture philanthropy and leadership in its members. Members active in the Barnstormers enjoy a range of on- and off-site original programs and parties that explore, celebrate, and support Shelburne Museum and the arts in Vermont.
Barnstormers experience an entirely new realm of access, including:
- behind the scenes tours
- visits to local galleries and workshops
- artmaking opportunities
- access to curators, collectors, and private collections
- terrific social events
- and other programs developed by a member-driven steering committee
Interested in joining the Barnstormers? Purchase a Sustaining or above membership online, or contact Katie Titterton at ktitterton@shelburnemuseum.org or (802) 985-3346 x 3349 to find out how you can get involved.
